Learning to put aside our own wishes for happiness and help others to find some happiness is the best method to be happy ourselves. We will learn a sequence of meditations to help us to do this more skilfully.

These inspiring meditations come from the beautiful verses that comprise one of Buddhism’s best loved teachings,Β Eight Verses of Training the Mind,Β which has inspired so many people over the centuries. This timeless wisdom will be shared to help us find meaning and lasting happiness in our modern busy lives. Recommended for everyone! Come along and try these meditations out and see for yourself how they work.Β 

Odiyana Kadampa Meditation Centre will be running a 6 week course entitled The Pursuit of Happiness in local areas. The classes cost Β£7 per person and run from 7.30pm till 9pm – They are drop in classes so no booking required.
