The teacher of this half day course is Gen Kelsang Pagpa – Gen Pagpa is the Resident Teacher at Vajravarahi Kadampa Meditation Centre in Preston. He is well known for his warm and compassionate nature, his ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and practical way, and his many years of experience teaching meditation and Buddhism. He teaches in a way that is accessible, down to earth and deeply inspiring.
All our half day courses start at 10am and run until about 1.30pm.
They cost £15 per person which includes refreshments.
