So many of us spend our lives fighting with ourselves. We replay mistakes, criticise ourselves harshly and feel exhausted by our own mind. Even when things are going well externally, internally we can still feel never good enough.

On this half day course learn how to let go of self-judgement and develop a kinder, more peaceful relationship with yourself. Through practical Buddhist wisdom and meditation, discover how to stop battling your mind and begin developing genuine inner confidence and acceptance.

You will learn:

  • How to reduce self-criticism and inner conflict
  • Practical methods to develop self-acceptance
  • How meditation can create inner peace and emotional balance
  • Ways to respond more kindly when life feels difficult

The teacher of this half day course is Julie Forrest – Julie is the Education Programme Co-ordinator for Odiyana Kadampa Meditation Centre. She is a powerful teacher whose practical and compassionate approach makes Buddha’s teachings accessible and deeply relevant to modern life.
