
Love should make us feel peaceful, connected and uplifted, yet often our relationships become mixed with insecurity, expectation, disappointment and emotional pain. We can easily confuse love with attachment, causing us to depend too heavily on others for our happiness.
On this half day course learn how to develop a pure and stable love that brings freedom rather than pain. Through meditation and practical Buddhist teachings we can learn how to care deeply for others whilst remaining emotionally balanced and peaceful.
You will learn:
- The difference between love and attachment
- How to develop healthier, more stable relationships
- Practical ways to reduce emotional dependency
- How to develop a warm and open heart towards others
All our half day courses start at 10am and run until about 1.30pm.
They cost £15 per person which includes refreshments.
