A practical guide to meditation so that we can train our minds to become more peaceful and happy.  Meditation is an activity of mind, and if we understand the different components of our mind which we need to develop in order to meditate successfully, we will definitely be able to gain good results. We will gradually find ourself naturally feeling more peaceful and relaxed and will become less anxious and stressed in our busy daily lives. 

If we learn how to control our own mind based on using the tools given to us by the contemporary meditation master Geshe Kelsang, we will be able to gain both mental freedom and be able to discover the power of our own mind for pure happiness.

Odiyana Kadampa Meditation Centre will be running a 5 week course entitled How to Meditate in local areas. For details of evenings and venues please click on the location from the drop down menu or click on the area you wish to attend – ChesterCreweHolmes Chapel, ChelfordNorthwich and Warrington.

The classes cost £7 per person and run from 7.30pm till 9pm – They are drop in classes so no booking required.
