On this day course we will learn how to keep our mind calm and happy even when we are living in very difficult times.
The teacher of this half day course is Gen Kelsang Chokyong – Chokyong has been the resident teacher at Odiyana Kadampa Meditation Centre since 2001. He teaches with great humility and humour. He presents Buddha’s teachings in a practical and down to earth manner, making them accessible to everyone.
All our meditation workshops start at 10am and run until 12.30pm
They cost £8.50 per person which includes refreshments.
