Suffering, problems, unhappiness and pain all exist within our mind. They are all unpleasant feelings, which are part of the mind. If we learn to understand our own mind, we can gradually distinguish between those states of mind which bring suffering and those which bring happiness.
As Buddha taught, there is no creator other than mind. Therefore, if we learn to recognise and reduce those minds that cause suffering and increase those minds that cause happiness, we can finally be free from suffering altogether and experience pure and lasting happiness.
On this half day course we examine the relationship between our happiness and suffering and our mind
All our half day courses start promptly at 10am (so please arrive by 9.45am) until about 1pm and cost £10.
