Fear and anxiety can easily take over our life, affecting our confidence, relationships and ability to enjoy the present moment. Often we feel trapped by worry about what might happen in the future.

On this half day course learn practical methods to develop genuine inner strength and courage. Through meditation and Buddhist wisdom we can learn to face life’s challenges with confidence, stability and peace of mind.

You will learn:

  • How to stay calm in difficult situations
  • Meditations that help create courage and resilience

The teacher of this half day course is Chris Chapman – Chris is the Administrative Director at Odiyana Kadampa Meditation Centre. He has been a dedicated practitioner for many years and is deeply respected for his clear, thoughtful and heartfelt teachings. He teaches with warmth, humility and practical insight, helping people apply Buddha’s teachings to the challenges of modern daily life.

All our half day courses start at 10am and run until about 1.30pm.


They cost £15 per person which includes refreshments.
