
Modern life can sometimes feel overwhelming. With so much uncertainty, conflict and pressure around us it is easy to lose hope and feel discouraged about the future.
On this half day course learn how to develop a peaceful, positive and hopeful mind regardless of external circumstances. Through meditation and Buddhist wisdom we can discover a source of stability and happiness that does not depend upon the world around us.

The teacher of this half day course is George Vukovic – George is a dedicated practitioner who teaches with warmth, clarity and practical wisdom. He is able to present Buddha’s teachings in a grounded and accessible way that helps people apply meditation and positive thinking to everyday modern life.
All our half day courses start at 10am and run until about 1.30pm.
They cost £15 per person which includes refreshments.
