Our negative states of mind such as uncontrolled desire and anger create endless problems for ourselves and others. Learning to recognise and reduce these negative states of mind will help us to find a better way of dealing with difficulties in our busy daily lives.Β Being resilient in our busy daily lives is essential if we are to remain relaxed and effective both at home and at work.

Meditation offers clear and simple solutions, guiding us to develop the inner strength and peace of mind to deal with whatever life throws at us. Everyone is welcome to come along and try out these reliable and practical methods.Β 

Odiyana Kadampa Meditation Centre will be running a 7 week course entitled Staying Strong When Things Go Wrong in local areas. The classes cost Β£7 per person and run from 7.30pm till 9pm – They are drop in classes so no booking required.
