This revive retreat provides an opportunity to cultivate inner peace through contemplating practical Buddhist teachings ~ leaving you refreshed, energised, and ready to take on the world!
The teachers guiding this retreat are John Davies and Christine Knott β both John and Christine have many years of experience of listening, contemplating and meditating and are able to gently convey their understanding in a way that touches peopleβs hearts. There personable and humble manner make them very popular with people looking for understanding and guidance in how to find rest bite from their daily stress.
This half day revive retreat will start promptly at 10am and run till 12.30pm. All our half day events are Β£15
