The Way Things Really Are Sunday 6th May 2018

Posted on

How do things really exist? Are things as solid and real as they seem?
Emptiness is the way that things really are.
It is the way things exist as opposed to the way that they appear to exist.
There is no greater method for experiencing peace of mind and happiness than to understand and meditate on emptiness.

On this day course learn how to experience deep lasting happiness through meditation on emptiness.

The teacher of the day course is Gen Kelsang Pagpa – was ordained in 1995 and has been at Vajravarahi Meditation Centre in Preston ever since. He is well known for his warm and compassionate nature and his ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and practical way.

All our day courses start at 10am and run until about 5pm.
They cost £20 per person which includes lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
