All living beings have the same basic wish to be happy & to avoid suffering but very few people understand the real causes of happiness & suffering. The real source of happiness is inner peace. In our attempt to control the world we often suffer from stress, anger & unhappiness. By learning to let go we can develop a calm peaceful mind & experience a lasting happiness free from problems
On this day course we will learn how to let go and live our lives free from stress and unhappiness
The course will consist of 2 sessions – teaching 10-11.30am and meditation 12-1pm
The teacher of this day course is Gen Kelsang Chokyong – Chokyong has been the resident teacher at Odiyana Kadampa Meditation Centre since 2001. He teaches with great humility and humour. He presents Buddha’s teachings in a practical and down to earth manner, making them accessible to everyone.
Due to the current Corona virus lockdown this course will take place via live video stream.
The course will be streamed through Zoom.
